Old and poorly maintained

Southern Sun Pretoria is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. This is not a 4 star hotel. The staff is nice but that's where it ends. Bathroom looks like it was done in the 90s and never renovated. Everything is old and nothing works. Plug socket not working. Phone not working. Drain not working so prepare for floods. You fight for your life to flush the toilet. We complained and they acted like they'll fix it but we returned and things were still the same. Have no intention of ever returning. I don't understand how you can maintain a 3 star hotel in Vaal so well and then not bother with a 4 star hotel. So disappointed.
