Not what paid for

Booked and paid for 2 adjacent twin rooms.Confirmed via email and phone even 2 days ago.Arrived and rooms not as booked for.On different floors. Get the run around that this is not the person to speak to and this one is off. I don't care. As customers I demand a full refund for my 4 days, 3 nights. Disappointed with tsogo sun brand. Never again and will not recommend place.
