Not family friendly at all

It was not my first stay at the hotel in Pretoria with my family so it seemed like an easy choice to go back there but I was mistaken and regretted it. My family included my partner and 2 kids aged 4 and 9, so as we go get breakfast, the lady at the buffet area approached my partner and rudely said "he needed to watch the kids that they don't break anything," mind you my kids were seated at the table waiting for me to dish up for them.

She spoke to my partner with a disrespectful tone and it was utterly disgusting like we were some wild animals who had been let out of our cages. For a place that adverises that they are family friendly it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Definitely not going there again with or without my kids. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun stay with my family.
