Non-smoker in smelly smoking room

This is my second time ever using a Tsogo Sun hotel and I must say the last as well. I am at the moment at Kimberley Garden Court in a smoking room and I am a non-smoker. I am unable to sleep properly because of the smell. Even my tongue feels like I have been smoking for ages. I get the feeling and coming down with a cough. Your team failed to give me another room in the non-smoking room. Obviously, they are trained to blame the travel agent... Anyway, epic fail from Tsogo Sun and I will make sure to avoid any of your hotels in the future. Today, will try and secure alternative accommodation in Kimberley failing which I will just sleep in the car.
