No value for money

I spent my HONEYMOON night at your hotel and opted for a R1700 room PURELY because of the tub/shower facility, only to be told by reception and house keeping that they do not have bubblebath! bubblebath!!! <br> Upon checking in they had a special for R900 for a standard room but decided not to. <br> I got lots of calls and emails apologising but what I want is a refund between this difference and not apologies. <br> Will definitely not recommend this hotel for any special events
