NO SUNRANDS REWARDED

I booked and paid for 2 family rooms at garden court marine parade over the easter weekend. When i got back i checked on my sunrands only to find that i received sunrands for only 1 room, the other room was not rewarded.The lady who helped me at the call center said she would escalate this problem but till now i have not received any feedback. <br> This is the second time in 3 months that i experienced problems with Tsogo Suns rewards program.
