No service ethos Arabella Golf and Spa

Stayed at the Arabella hotel when checking in we were informed that dinner is included. Upon checkout the manager advised we have to pay for dinner as they made a mistake and it is what it is. This left a bad taste in our experience with Southern Sun as we frequently book our getaways. No customer service ethos and receptionist that assisted didn’t even look our way. So if Southern sun ethos is what it is they have just lost a loyal customer
