No service

I booked into sun1 wynburg Johannesburg on the 17/*** in the morning I had to wake up n attend my dialysis Session to my disappointment I woke up at 5 to find that the gate it looked n one can't leave the hotel we waited for abt 30min which I was running late for my life saving session as I have kidney failure . The worse the the receptionist was sleeping in one of the rooms while we are trying to get out n attend to commitments he is relaxing. I have never experienced such disregard in my life. All he can say is sorry like really. I don't c myself using that hotel again, if I have to pay to be a prisoner.
