No service

I was on holiday at my parents in Natal. I took them out for an anniversary celebration dinner and V&V on the 15/11/2015. it turned out to be horrible. The waitress eventually brought our food and never came back, all drinks were not even served. This we waited so long and asked another waitress to assist, she told the manager about our experience and he did not say much except ask if we were leaving after me explaining we wanted coffee and dessert but due to lack of service or no service we were forced to leave. What was meant to be a memorable experience turned out to be horrible. I am complaining to southern sun as i see V&V do not respond on hellopeter and they are a reflection of the resort as they are situated at many of the Southern sun resorts.<br> What made this situation worse was that my payment was reversed that evening, so i thought it was a nice gesture however it was reprocessed 2 days later. what an insult!!!!
