No customer service , not even return of calls and ruined my wife's birthday

Would have been a zero rating. complete disaster. was so pleasant to deal with them during booking and they were super. when you check in to the hotel that where problems started. Stayed at the Southern Sun Waterfront during the long weekend in December 2022. Was my wife's birthday and this hotel made it memorable for all the wrong reasons. Complained to the front office manager while staying there and was assured they would look into it. its more than a month later , empty promises and being told the General manager is not around but he knows of the issue ,yet not even a phone call. either that's a lie or the management of this place just don't care about clients . how do you make up for ruining a birthday. you can never forget that. don't waste your time , life is too short . The front office manager just does not care , left number of messages and sent whats app , read but no response .. really sad for such a huge group that I was a passionate client off. now really wont waste my time on them but will make it my duty to tell everyone about my experience...
