no compassion for the travel weary

on a road trip to Jozi from Cape Town, arrived at Bloem at 6am after driving for 12 hours no stop overs. The poorly trained person at reception was adamant that the earliest check-in is at 12 and couldnt quite understand that i was prepared to check out at 10am if i checked in as if i were for the the day before. ??? the fact that i drove non stop and needed to sleep was of no importance to their rules for check-in. so i left went around the corner and was gladly accommodated at a lovely BnB called La Vie and Rose
