No communication from hotel about previous review
I posted a review last month to share my disappointment about the outdated technology and lack of wifi at the O.R. Tambo Southern Sun. The company reached out and promised to send my review to the hotel, but then I never heard anything else. I do not know if the hotel itself now received my review or if they will be willing to make improvements before we would have liked to stay there again in a few months.

I will therefore give the hotel another chance by booking directly through him next time as he offered for me to do.
