Nightt of freezing in supposed top hotel

I did an exchange in January 2015 for a hotel room at Beacon Island and was allocated room 522, a beautiful sunny north facing room facing over the lawns and sea. On arrival we had been moved to the south side which has a lovely view but is cold, in fact freezing with the cold weather we now have in August.
Antonio looked to move us after we complained before even checking in to the room, but advised there was nothing available. He then promised he would arrange heaters for us in the room, nothing ever arrived. We had a miserable cold afternoon, a cold evening and now a freezing evening and morning.
I phoned and spoke to Antonio on 28 July to confirm that we would have a decent room as on a previous visit we were also given a terrible room.
Paying these prices and then freezing is totally unacceptable and I expect to be moved immediately and or allocated another free week to compensate. This is totally unacceptable.
