My Ipad Air got ****** on premises

In March 2014 I was attending a work conference at Tsogo sun with one well known Telecoms company in South Africa. When we returned from lunch all our gadgets (laptops and ipads) that we left in the conference room were missing. Unfortunately my Ipad that was only few days old and not insured as yet was missing as well .<br> Marsha last year asked me to send the quotation for my Ipad, I did that and she never came back to me. When I followed up on her she never shown any interest and willingness to help get my brand new Ipad refunded .I haven't had anything from Tsogo sun this year(2015) I am very disappointed with Tsogo sun , I trusted their security and their professionalism in handling matters of this type when they occur.
