I checked in at Stay Easy hotel Pretoria on the 12th July 2022, on the 14th just after 19h00 one of the staff called my room 310, she told to to come dish up because she want to clean her kitchen, I asked her what's the closing time for dinner at the hotel she said around 19h30 but I asked for the dinner policy she said it's her policy, I told her that I will not because I'm busy and until she show me hotel policy I will stick to the time I was informed on my arrival which is 21h30, she then said to me she will dishoutfor me meaningI would have to eat cold food and the food that I didn't choose. Further more, how do u dish for a person knowing what they eat what they don't eat. What kind of a hotel call it's guests to come dish coz a staff want to knock off, it's very unprofessional. I for one wouldn't recommend my friends or colleagues to visit that hotel. Staff like that don't deserve to be employed, they are such an embarrassment to the Southern sun brand.
