Mountgrace not a procard user friendly , room never available

Im one of the unhappy pro card members, every time when i try to book for Mountgrace online using my free night or pay one day and get one night free is always not available, the manager always blocks it out.

i made several calls to for reservations and one of the consultant booked it for me manually, later they called me telling me i need to change the free night to the other one as they wanted me to pay for one day.

my cry is that i do not need two nights as im only going there for my birthday and the spa.

I was also told I can only use the standard room but its not mentioned anywhere on the procard contract that we not allowed to use the luxury rooms even if they are available.

Now i dont know if that manual booking is still available or not
