Most Disgusting Service
Booked in on 16th December 2022 Receptionist is very unfriendly, stood at reception at least 5 to 10 min before I was helped and then my booking is not even under my name, but my son's name who is 14 years old. Secondly the aircon is not working asked about it was was abruptly told that none of the aircons are working. On the 17th needed assistance from the receptionist, my wife went see her and was told to come back in 15min time, went back and she said she couldn't remember, then when my wife told her that you didn't even over an alternative she then changed her story and said that my wife said that she no longer need the assistance.
I know it's a budget hotel, but never in my life has I experienced such bad service and a hotel that belongs to the Tsogo Sun Group
The service or rather the lack thereof received and friendliness at Sun1 Milnerton is just on another level. Like I said, I'm aware it's a budget hotel, but does it mean that the service the Tsogo Sun group budget hotels provides should be on a budget as well
