marine parade hotel worst holiday i am still waiting for a repy

I would like to mention from the start of my check in until my departure my room 808 had no air-conditioning as well as my other room 2206 had a previous guest fecis in the toilet and only at 11.30pm did the maintenance guy plunge the toilet to get it to flush I had booked for 6 .....We have 4 kids so we wanted our rooms next to each other we were told every day that it will happen I had been moved to room 2511 where i had to call in and report bed bugs. I asked for a change of mattress which was not done i went to reception explained and shown her she asked me to take pics of the bites and on check out we still had to remind her about the mattress as for our holiday I wasted 12500R as we spent most time in the reception with 4 kids in our room which had air-conditioning as for room 808 as hardly used and leaving the kids on the 8th floor and the parents on the 25th floor i really was ********** on this holiday i had come home feeling worse than before I left no relaxing time just spent most of our time between floors and the reception Thanks for a worse time ever and a welcome to 2020 We were always told to wait an hour the problems will be resolved every day I room 808 still we ended up in our room 2511 When I went to reception every few hours I was told I can go to elangeni that was on my last night after been moved twice not a holiday when travel with your wife and kids out of a bag The cleanliness of the hotel and hygiene is becoming a serious concern bed bugs not acceptable To spend your money to walk between floors and look for your kids and spend most time at reception not a holiday at all I really feel that I have **********
