Making a reservation has never been harder!!!

<p>I have been trying to confirm and pay for a booking at the Gold Reef City Theme Park Hotel since the 16/09/2016 and it still hasn’t been finalized!</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested that part of my booking be redeemed against my rewards point and the balance would be in cash. I haven’t been able to get a simple confirmation from the hotel confirming how much is still due for payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I call in I keep getting told that I only have 2 rooms reserved instead of 3. When I log on to the Tsogo sun website to make the final booking it doesn't agree to the outstanding balance of the confirmation minus my rewards point.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely it shouldn’t be this hard to get a reservation right. I find this even more disappointing as I am a "black" card holder and stay with other group hotels on a monthly basis and never experience such hassles.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utterly unacceptable from such a large organization!</p> <p> </p>
