i would just like to know if it would be possible for a broadcast to go out on the pathetic service rendered by the Maharani Hotel management and staff. on Thursday evening (22.02.2018) at around 06:50 p.m we have experienced one of the most terrifying things that could happen to any parent alive. an incident of kidnapping occurred where a 3 year old boy was snatched away right under the nose of his Parents. The room door of the hotel room in which they were staying was open and the mother of the little boy was praying at the time. after praying she realized her son was not in the room so she went out to look for him. calling out to to him as she could hear a baby crying only to realize that it was her son crying in another room. as she approached the room from where she heard the crying, she called her sons name and the crying stopped for a few seconds before it started again, the mother then knocked on the door hoping that maybe her little boy got confused and ran into the wrong room. the response she got was shocking. it was a lady on the other side of the door, refusing to open the door but yelling that she doesn't know how the little boy got into her room. the mother kept on yelling for the lady to open the door but she refused. the mother of the little boy then called the father of the little boy where they tried to forcefully open the door but there was still no entry into the room. they then requested for someone from management in the hotel to please open up the door as their son was in there but the response they received was "sorry but we cannot get involved in the matter" the police were then contacted in order to receive some sort of help as the staff of the Hotel didn't give a damn or care as it didn't involve them. on arrival of the police they managed to get access to the room but the inner chain latch had been placed on so there still wasn't complete access, the door then broken down to find the little boy curled up in a corner of the room traumatized to a point where he can no longer utter a word, even his crying has become silent.

the lady has been locked up but her 2 colleagues or acquaintances are still staying in the hotel on different floors always being escorted now by bodyguards around them. the question comes in where you ask is this type of behavior being condoned by the hotel or are the staff involved and do they play a role in it ?

we urge people to please avoid the Maharani Hotel at all cost and think twice before supporting them.
