LOST PARCEL BETWEEN SKYNET AND SUN SQUARE CITY BOWL 23 BUITENGRACHT STREET

it has been a full month and couple of days since i have lost a parcel that is allegedly that is lost between two companies as one is blaming the other

on the 14th of June I have booked a parcel to be collected from Sun Square Cape Town City Bowl 23 Buitengracht St, which is it was supposed to be collected on the 15th of June BUT from the Skynet side they are saying they went to collect but the Hotel reception told there is nothing to collect then they return without the parcel.

the hotel side said the parcel was collected on the 22 of June and the Skynet guy was using a mobile tracker which he did not leave a way bill slip as prove of collection, I have been requesting the Hotel to provide us with a footage to see who actually collected the parcel from the Hotel am still waiting and my calls are not even returned.

All I need is that parcel which is really important to me and my department.
