Loft is unacceptable

The chalets says 6 sleepers but it’s not acceptable or humane that 2 people sleep in the upstairs loft during the heat. The fans are noisy, there’s no air con or air vent, no privacy, the bedding is of a lower quality than downstairs, it’s hot so mozzies just feast on you the whole night and the draws you have to push and pull to try and open.
