LEFT ID CARD

When I booked a room at SUN1 southgate on Monday night, the receptionist asked for my ID card to fill in the details. After I was done with the payments, I forgot my ID card and the receptionist didn't remind me. Even after I checked out, the receptionist didn't have the decency to remind me about my ID card. It was only the next day that I realised I forgot my ID card at the reception. When I called them to find out, they confirmed my ID card was there. I then had to drive several kilos to collect it. I wonder what was the point of them taking my contact details if they were not going to call me. The service at SUN1 Southgate is so pathetic. The receptionist should have been aware of this before I left. I hope nothing untoward was done with my ID card.
