Lack of customer relations/ People skills

I met the rudest reception i have ever met, doesn’t wait for me to finish my sentences and very harsh for no reason. I suggest She goes to training - Dark lady with red braids no tag (a professional wears one for obvious reasons). I loved the stay and everything, just the lady ruined my experience!
