'Kids stay and eat free' ****

I tried to make a booking for the Gold reef Theme Hotel. I was unable to book when i added 2 children to the room. When I contacted Dwayne on support chat he said there were rooms available at R2010 for the night of 6 October. This was very confusing because the same room online for 2 adults was R1709 and you guys advertise that kids under 12 are free? the SAME room 'Deluxe king bed and sleeper couch NS'. When i asked about the price difference i was told I don't understand the difference between booking for 1 adult or 2. I had booked for 2 adults with breakfast and the price was R1709. Dwayne insisted that I was confused, even though I explained i had put 2 adults in the booking and was looking at the booking as we spoke. Kids stay free is a ****. Have the whole thing saved on photos, contact me and explain how an extra R400 is 'free'.
