Intruders gaining access to your hotel room!

My boyfriend stayed over at Southern Sun, Elangeni & Maharani in Durban this passed weekend of 23rd of June 2018.

At around 03:00, his door was opened, to his horror! However, fortunately his chain was latched on, which therefore resulted in the “intruder” not being able to gain access to his room!

Upon his complaints to the Manager, he was informed that the CCTV cameras were not working.
