HOTEL RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS

Thank you to Tim from Hyde Park Sun Hotel for responding to my complaints indicated on the hotel questionnaire after my stay last week. Very rarely do you get any response from companies after you have made time to complete their questionnaires. Great Service
