Hotel or beer hall

Yesterday I checked in at the Tsholo Sun Stay Easy Hotel in Rustenburg. Wrong move or wrong timing, I'm yet to decide. Booked at the hotel is a group of sport people from Malahleni, Mpumalanga. To say the group was rowdy is an understatement, worse after getting drunk. I started reporting their behaviour and their disturbance of other guests' peace at around 6 pm and not much was done by staff at reception. It got worse after 9 pm as the group's drunken state increased. By 10 pm, they were camping outside their doors, in the corridors, hauling at each other from one end of the corridor to another. Again, I brought the behaviour to reception staff's attention, until I requested they called the security guards to intervene. With no success, the police had to be called. What I'm eluding to is that the hotel staff didn't seem to have ***** to call the rowdy guests to order, at the expense of other paying guests' peace.

Something must be done.
