Horrible stay at Garden Court Mthatha

Having a horrible stay in Garden Court Mthatha. First if all no one warned me that they were undergoing some renovations so that I can book elsewhere. There is no hot water......the phones are not working which means if you want anything from reception or housekeeping you have to walk to them or go through an extra expense of using your cellphone......their room dinning menu has stuff that they don't serve anymore......you open their taps rust comes gushing out of their taps, as if that is not enough I had a terrible case of diarrhea only to find out that they don't put an extra toilet paper in case it runs out and when I asked one of the housekeeping ladies in obout it, she told me that what she is instructed to do by her supervisor. The level of noise from the renovations was unbearable.
