Horrible service quality

My fianc? and I decided to have a coffee and dessert at the San Deck on 26 March 2016. When we arrived, no one bothered to help us to a table. We had to ask to be seated. We then wanted to move tables but a very rude lady (possibly the manager) told us that we can't sit there even though there were no reserved signs on the table. We waited 20 minutes for a menu after we sat down and no one bothered to take our order. We walked out of the restaurant with no one greeting us. I am disgusted by the level of service this place has. Or lack thereof. I will definitely not return!
