Horrible service from Elangeni

On the 25th of December 2021 I drove the whole night from JHB made an overnight stay at the southern sun elangeni checked in at 23 55. Hoping to get a bit of shut eye before I hit the road again. But no I had to contend with a horrible noise coming from the aircon at first I thought someone was in the room as it sounded like panting then it started getting louder as I switched on the side lamp to see what it was there was a spark from the lamp and almost shocked. So I let the sound persist not knowing what was coming from the aircon I tossed the whole night. And no I did not pay a simple R850 a night I spent R1814. For a night and this is what I received. This was the worst ever
