Horrible Service

If the was 0 stars I was going to give it to you,What a horrible service. We booked conference there and all that I can say is your service it’s very bad,we’ve booked plenty of hotels before and we always got best services from them.and this time we felt let’s try Southern Sun Pretoria,but with you can’t even describe how I feel. Firstly some of your staff members are rude and they are not even friendly.(one lady even came while we were still busy telling us that she’s about to knock off we must pay remaining balance for the drinks now)as if we were going to runaway with the money. Secondly,your hotels couldn’t even provide us with note pads nor pens like most hotels do,which I believe it’s supposed to be part of the package. Thirdly,we paid for refreshments and we had to beg your staff to fill coffee machine water,and that water even after being filled it only catered for less than 30 people.while we were 30 and we had to ask and it was not refilled until we left. Forth,Your toilets didn’t had hand wipes and when I got out the first time one of your cleaner went there to clean and I thought she’ll refill the hand wipes.but she didn’t and we left the venue I went again to the toilet and the hand wipes were still not there. Lastly we couldn’t even be provided with a mere jug of tap water like most establishments we once booked.On top of that your Venue was way too expensive to receive such ****py service.
