Horrible experience and service!!

Booked a suite for my family and got a couples suite converted to a family room, instead of a suite as booked . The receptionist outrightly blamed booking.com and said they cannot do anything to assist me they wil take it up with booking.com... what bs! I am highly annoyed and disappointed at this from all parties .. my kids are super uncomfortable the sleeper couch is not nice I am just glad I won't be staying here another night... we booked 3 rooms for the weekend and this is the bs we get dealt. Not to mention renovations and dust everywhere
