Horrible customer service

<p>Since I checked in Tuesday night I have had endless problems at this hotel. From carpets reeking of urine, to toilets not flushing, windows not sealing, the list goes on. I have been moved to 3 different rooms. 1 worse than the other. When I tell 1 person at reception or switchboard my story, a message is left only to call.me, I've had to explain myself over the last 48hr more than I do my 10 year old child in an entire week. At this stage I'm just praying that time flies so I can get the hell out of here. My advice, if you're reading this, don't use this hotel, not even if you are being paid for it. I will ensure our company doesn't!!</p>
