Highly disgusted

My stay at Elangeni was very disgusting considering the price we pay for these hotels. The bathroom extractor vent was filthy and a disgusting sight which made me want to vomit. The basin will clog up every time you would open the tap and let's not forget the loose tap mechanism which made it difficult to open the tap. The rust on the soap holder made me feel like I was staying in a one star hotel but feeling ****** with the four star price. Finally to my disgust after a long day at ushaka our room had not been vacuumed nor any utensils washed.
