Great Service made us feel special on Vday

Just wanted to post a compliment for the SS Waterfront. My boyfriend and I booked the Valentine's Special this weekend and had an amazing time. We were welcomed with a smile at reception, and the guest relations manager, Florence, made an effort to greet us personally and asked us to contact her if we had any issues. The hotel room was dressed beautifully with rose petals, chocolates and a bottle of champagne. And we had an amazing view on the top floor :) The dinner was extra special, with 5 course of delish food, excellent service and stunning entertainment... Breakfast was flawless... All in all, fantastic stay with brilliant, smiley staff really willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home and special!!!
