Great Service for a great stay
On Fri, 3 April I checked in at the Marine Parade hotel. The very pleasant lady at reception, Jill Sunguman was kind, courteous, efficient and pleasant during the entire process. Such refreshing service in sea of bad attitudes.<br> Well done.<br> Upon checkout, a lady named Jayshree assisted me. Very courteous and polite, and she informed me that on my next stay we would get a refurbished room. <br> Well done to all at Marine Parade, with people like Jill and Jayshree, its a pleasure frequenting your establishment.<br> <br>
