Great Attitude, going extra mile!

I would like to send a brilliant compliment to Simphiwe!<br> After having a terrible experience with Buhle at Southern Sun Elangeni on 20/03/2016 at 12h05pm, I went to Simphiwe at 12h19pm and had such a pleasurable Check in experience that I had tipped him as well!<br> <br> He was kind, considerate and had a great attitude!<br> Please take care of him, I stay at many hotels and this guy is a keeper, he really is a pleasure to talk with even after I was angry dealing with Buhle (idiot), he calmed me down and checked me in.<br> <br> Thank you Simphiwe, for going that extra mile - YOU ARE WHAT SOUTHERN SUN HOSPITALITY SHOULD BE BASED ON , PLEASE TEACH BUHLE SOME MANNERS AND ABOUT SERVICE DELIVERY!<br> <br> Cheers!
