GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

I have a cancelled booking with Sun1 Berea that I have been waiting for a refund for since November 2024. the day the booking was cancelled I was told that the refund will be done within 7 days, I am still waiting. When I called in Jan to follow up I was made to fill a form that was not even mentioned initially. I filled in the form and since then, everytime I call I am told that the manager will call me back. This manager never calls back. everytime call
