Garden Court - Nelson Mandela Boulevard - Cape Town<br> I was utterly disgusted by TWO things at this hotel:<br> 1) The ICE machine on all 3 floors never worked from Day 1, the employees blamed the kids - however every hotel has kids that I have stayed at and all managed to have ICE. The ICE machine on 1st floor was out of order on the 2nd day, which meant us constantly checking the 4th and 6th floors which never worked. Finally we would have to WALK all the way to the BAR to get ICE.<br> 2) Staff attitude was TERRIBLE:<br> Cleaning staff would ask us why we would need new towels, when we would ask?<br> Also we had my 2 year old son with us, surely he deserves a Towel as well?<br> When we requested a towel, the lady would ask : \why would we need it?"<br> I have stayed at many Southern Suns"
