Horrible experience with the reservation team with their admin roles.

I have constantly been requesting an updated invoice to manage my bookings and payments and they fail to produce. What they produce is a bunch f hogwash.

When i speak to the "manager" she is so rude, unprofessional and very condescending.

I would NEVER ever recommend this hotel to any one wishing to have a seamless booking experience.
