Garden Court sandton city extremely disappointing

Made 3 bookings on [URL Removed] for 5 his hotel in July and August. When I phoned at first to confirm ,duty manager Emily confirmed with me at 12th today that everything was fine. I then got a call just now to say all 3 bookings will not be accepted despite my [URL Removed] confirmation number. You say something is ok and then say it's not ok. What kind of management runs this hotel? Why couldn't u be clear from the start. Why lie? The least you could have done was honour my first booking since I made ...but u didn't do even that. I'll never trust your hotel again.
