Friendly and very helpfull
William was our first encounter at Stay Easy East Gate. It was just before 22:00 and we had to amend our booking. He did it smiling with no effort and it was so nice after a long day to have someone greet, smile and understand. I will always recommend the Stay Easy because of people like William.
