Free parking for random vehicles but not for guests!!!! Could have ********* running around their properties and you would not know better!

We stayed at the Cabanas where we were informed that free outdoor parking was on a first come first severed basis. One of the evenings on our return, there was only one outside parking available however the car in the neighboring parking was parked over two bays. we consulted the security who said he was not aware of this nor would he be able to assist us in any way. We then proceeded to reception to inform them of this person who was parked in two parking's. Reception then stated that it was the security guards duty to ensure they were correctly parked and called for the car registration to which security did not call back. I then provided them with the car registration and they did not even have this person listed in their records nor could they relocate the room number of this car that was parked there!!!

Both security and reception refused to be of any help locating the driver. There were multiple cars parked not within the designated parking spaces. Till today reception is yet to call me back as to which room the said car owner was residing in and I think its because this person was NOT a guest of the resort but was allowed to park within the parking.

This could have been a ******, a ******er or someone who was totally unsafe wondering around the resort and there was nothing your staff was willing to do to locate this person! it left me feeling very unsafe. Your staff refused to assist us in anyway in locating this person and insisted that we pay for parking and park in the undercover parking where our ticket was not even properly verified that we were guests!!!
