Food not worth the price

I'm sorry but I have to lodge this complaint! We have been going for years to the Garden Court Hotel in Woodstock for their buffet from 18:30. Last night we went for the 1st time in a long time & I'm highly upset!! The only thing I enjoyed there was my bottle of wine I brought with & the juice!! That's it! Nothing further was enjoyable there!! Prices went up but service went down!! The buffet menu from those years & now is terrible! The desserts are terrible!! If I wanted cake I could go to Spar & get nicer cakes there! We don't come pay those prices at buffets to eat cake, we come for something extravagant! They say on their site the best dining experience!! Used to be, now it's not!! I am so disappointed as it is not cheap where I could rather have gone to Schoongezicht! Garden Court doesn't even come near this place!! And then they refuse to tell you where to get the dessert that you specially come for! One says it's a baked alaska, the other is saying there's no such thing on menu! I also don't even know if the chef gave me the run around because the place that he says they buy it from say they've never heard of it!! I am so disappointed that I wasted my money there! ***
