Filthy rooms! As always

Can anybody explain to me what's happening with Garden Court PLK? Iv slept there more than 5 times and EVERYTIME I return it's always the same problem. Iv filled in the surveys, and have stated the problems. The housekeeping manager and GM are doing a questionable job. I'm in room 4*6 this time, and there is hair all over the bathroom and carpet. It's a horrible room too, but I'm stuck in it. This is the last time I'm sleeping in this hotel, and will be writing on social media sites on this dirty place. Don't even get me started on the quality of food. They are also out of stationary. It's going to be a LONG UNPLEASANT AND UNCOMFORTABLE NIGHT FOR ME!!! Argh. What makes me more upset is that I'm on the frequent guest programme, and Iv stayed in so many Tsogo Sun hotels, none of them are like this. Whether old or renovated, the represent the brand to the core. Maybe they must change management. This is not value for money, it's just, dirty and disgusting.
