Fikile Mkhabela you are so rude being a manager doesn't mean you must be rude to customers.

Fikile Mkhabela from Elangeni Hotel Southern Sun North Beach in Durban she is a rude manager. I am so devastated by the way she is handle my issue of being charged 3 times for only one meal. I was hoping she will assist me with the process of being refunded but she is telling me how small my money is (R500). I had to go there 3 times (Saturday, Sunday and Monday), When i go the today (Monday) around 9:30 she tells me i'm too early she haven't even look on my issue mind you i was here two day ago. She said "I am busy with my emails for now, will check you thing late. We use to refund people and you money is too little". I don't care i want my money back woman. If that is how you teach your managers how to treat customers that a problem. She said lot of unnecessary things that i have nothing to do all i want is my money. I am so angry and i have to go there again to tolerate her attitude because i want my money at the end of the day. I will never go to that restaurant ever again. I'm done and ****ed off by your so called manager.
