False advertising and poor security for residents

I booked into Tsogo Sun Garden court South beach. The hotel offers safe secure parking and shuttle services to suncoast. These promises on the website are completely inaccurate as when arriving to check in there are only limited parking available for residents. I had to then make a plan to offload my luggage outside the hotel where I was harassed by car guards and at risk of having my car broken into. I was then offered to park at China mall at my own cost 1km away from the hotel. There are also claims that there is a shuttle service to suncouast advertised in your website but is no longer available. My wife is also pregnant and did not need to deal with this poor levels of service.
