Fallen Stars!

I booked a one night stay at the Elangeni Durban. Huge mistake! The air-con in my room did not work properly, so the room was hot and stuffy, couldn't open windows because of the high winds. My sleep was terrible! Then, I found that the bath tub took more than 10 minutes to drain, and so did the wash basin! Breakfast was a disaster! Firstly, they did not want to place me at the larger tables at the windows because I was a single guest. Then, I had to order medium fried eggs 4 times before they actually got them right. Bacon was cold and so was some of their other offerings.

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel....seems to me all 5 stars have fallen!!!!
