I called in to just enquire about your rates but she went an extra mile as to make the booking over the phone there an there so I dont have to look elsewhere for accomodation, she explained to me the facilities you have in your hotel and around, that we can use while we wait for check in time. You could sense that she was willing to assist as she went over and over to confirm the booking information is correct without being impatient.
